There are WebSites with information about teaching and learning or where teachers can 'meet' with other teachers. There are also WebSites where teachers can find tools to create learning materials specifically designed for the Web. A lot of institutions of education can be found in Cyberspace. They usually promote their courses and share research ideas, and give access to libraries of links to good practice educational WebSites.
